1. Who We Are
Seyvo AI is a SaaS platform for businesses, creators, entrepreneurs, and agencies. The platform helps users manage digital pages, biolinks, automations, customer interactions, CRM workflows, marketing tools, connected integrations, and business operations from one dashboard.
2. Information We Collect
Name, email address, login information, business name, language, account preferences, and security-related information.
Subscription plan, payment status, invoices, billing profile, and transaction metadata processed through payment providers.
Pages, biolinks, forms, contacts, automations, workflows, campaigns, templates, messages, files, appointments, and settings created by users.
Connected account identifiers, access tokens, permissions, assets, webhook events, and metadata required to operate integrations.
3. Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp Data
When a user connects Meta products, Seyvo AI uses the official authorization flow and requests only the permissions required for the features selected by the user. Depending on the approved permissions and enabled features, Seyvo AI may access Facebook Page information, Instagram Business account information, Messenger or Instagram conversation events, WhatsApp Business assets, webhook events, and metadata required to display and operate connected accounts.
We use Meta-related data only to provide user-requested features such as showing connected assets, managing automations, handling messages, processing webhooks, and keeping integrations active. Seyvo AI does not sell Meta platform data.
4. Google Data
If users connect Google services, Seyvo AI uses Google data only for the specific feature selected by the user, such as authentication, calendar features, email-related workflows, storage access, analytics, or other approved functionality. We request only the scopes needed for the active feature and explain the purpose of the requested access in the product experience.
5. How We Use Information
- To create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts.
- To provide platform features such as pages, automations, CRM, appointments, marketing, and integrations.
- To connect third-party accounts and maintain authorized access.
- To process messages, webhook events, workflows, notifications, and analytics.
- To provide customer support, billing, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and service updates.
- To improve reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate Seyvo AI, including hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, communication delivery, security monitoring, and support. These providers are authorized to use the data only to provide services to Seyvo AI.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. Access tokens and sensitive integration data should be stored securely, limited to authorized systems, and used only to provide requested features. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and prevent unauthorized access.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain platform security. Users may disconnect integrations or request deletion of their account data.
9. User Choices and Controls
- Users can update account information from their dashboard.
- Users can disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
- Users can delete content they created inside the platform.
- Users can request full account or integration data deletion.

Seyvo AI is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. Users must comply with applicable age and consent requirements in their region.
