Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how users can disconnect integrations, remove connected data, and request deletion of their Seyvo AI account data, including data received from Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google, or other integrations.

1. Delete Data From Your Seyvo AI Account
- Log in to your Seyvo AI account.
- Go to Account Settings or Integrations.
- Delete content, pages, contacts, automations, files, or campaigns you no longer want stored.
- Disconnect any connected third-party accounts.
- Contact support if you want full account deletion.
2. Disconnect Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp
- Log in to Seyvo AI.
- Open the Integrations dashboard.
- Select the connected Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, or WhatsApp asset.
- Click Disconnect or Remove Access.
- Confirm the action.
After disconnection, Seyvo AI will no longer use that connection for new automation activity. Stored integration records can be deleted upon request.
3. Request Full Deletion by Email
Send a request to support@seyvo.ai with the subject: Data Deletion Request.
Please include your Seyvo AI account email, the type of data to delete, and whether you want full account deletion or only integration data deletion.
4. Meta Data Deletion Requests
If you remove Seyvo AI from your Facebook or Meta settings and request data deletion, Seyvo AI will process the request by deleting the associated stored identifiers, tokens, connected asset records, webhook logs where applicable, and integration metadata connected to your account.
5. What May Be Deleted
- Account profile information.
- Connected integration tokens and asset references.
- Webhook payload records associated with the connected account, when stored.
- User-created content such as pages, automations, forms, contacts, and campaigns.
- Support records when deletion is legally permitted.
6. What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal, billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or compliance reasons.
7. Processing Time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. We may need to verify the requester’s identity before deleting data.
