Data Deletion

This page explains how a user can request deletion of Seyvo data, including data related to Meta integrations.

Step 1

Disconnect

From the Seyvo dashboard, users can remove a Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp connection in integration settings.

Step 2

A full deletion request can be sent to support@seyvo.ai with the account email and the integration concerned.

Meta callback

For automated Meta requests, use /data-deletion-callback. Status can be checked with /data-deletion-status.

Scope

Deletion may cover accounts, contacts, messages, webhooks, connected assets, access tokens, integration settings and associated operational data.
